These Terms of Service govern all online bookings and hotel stays at Hotel Grand Lucent.

By booking through our website or partner platforms, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The hotel reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking and Payment

All reservations are subject to room availability at the time of booking.

A valid payment method or advance deposit is required to confirm a booking.

Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Full payment may be required at the time of booking for special or promotional rates.
3. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM | Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
4. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in date.

Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room rate.

No-show bookings (without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.

Promotional or discounted bookings marked as Non-Refundable are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
5. Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment mode.

Refund timelines may vary depending on bank or payment gateway processing times.

For bookings made through third-party websites (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc.), their respective refund policies will apply.
6. Modification of Booking

Date or room changes are allowed subject to availability and applicable rate differences.

Modification requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original check-in date.
7. Early Departure

If a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed departure date, a 50% charge of the remaining nights may apply.
8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; the hotel is not liable for any loss or theft.

Damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged to their account.

Unlawful, disruptive, or indecent behaviour may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
9. Rates and Taxes

Room rates are subject to applicable GST and service charges as per government regulations.

Any change in tax structure or rates after booking may affect the final billing amount.
10. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government orders, or power outages.
11. Liability

The hotel’s liability is limited to the value of the booking amount paid by the guest.

The hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Privacy and Data Protection

Guest data (name, contact, ID proof) is collected only for reservation and legal purposes.

The hotel ensures confidentiality and will not share personal information with third parties, except as required by law.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Mathura , Uttar Pradesh courts only.
