Refund and Cancellation Policy

Hotel Grand Lucent – Room Booking Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window

  • Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the check-in date without any cancellation charge.

  • For group bookings (5 rooms or more), a 7-day advance cancellation is required for a full refund.

2. Late Cancellation Charges

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a charge equal to one night’s stay per room.

  • Same-day or no-show (guest does not arrive without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

3. Modification of Booking

  • Date changes are allowed subject to room availability and rate differences (if any).

  • Modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before the original check-in date.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of third-party or OTA bookings (e.g., MakeMyTrip, Booking.com), refunds will follow their respective platform policies.

5. Early Departure

  • If a guest checks out earlier than planned, the remaining nights will be charged 50% of the unused stay unless otherwise approved by management.

6. Special & Non-Refundable Rates

  • Promotional, discounted, or last-minute bookings marked as “Non-Refundable” are not eligible for cancellation or refund under any circumstance.

7. Force Majeure

  • In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen emergencies, Hotel Grand Lucent reserves the right to waive or modify cancellation charges at its discretion.
